Add-ons Overview
Add-ons extend SellerCockpit with additional features and integrations. Enable only what you need to keep your CRM streamlined.
What Are Add-ons?
Add-ons are optional features that integrate with third-party services or enable advanced functionality:
- VoIP Calling - Make calls directly from your browser
- Data Enrichment - Automatically enrich contact and company data
- Integrations - Connect with external tools and services
Enabling Add-ons
To enable an add-on:
- Go to Settings > Add-ons
- Browse available add-ons
- Click Enable on the add-on you want
- Configure any required settings
Some add-ons require additional setup (API keys, credentials, etc.) after enabling.
Available Add-ons
VoIP Calling
Make browser-based calls with automatic recording and activity logging.
Two options available:
- Platform VoIP (Recommended) - Managed service, no setup required
- BYOK (Twilio) - Bring your own Twilio account

Apify Data Enrichment
Enrich your contacts and organizations with data from web scraping and APIs.
- Company information from Google Maps
- Social profiles and contact details
- Business ratings and reviews
Marketplace
More add-ons are available in the marketplace within the app. Go to Settings > Add-ons to browse all available options.
Pricing
Add-on pricing varies:
- Included - Some add-ons are included with your subscription plan
- Credit-based - Some add-ons consume credits from your balance
- BYOK - Bring Your Own Keys add-ons use your own third-party account (you pay them directly)
